Grand Oztanik Hotel

To begin with, I would like to thank Mr. Baran for his warm welcome, courtesy, and—above all—his excellent communication with guests. I also want to take this opportunity to acknowledge and thank Mr. Özcan Aslan; he gave me great advice—especially regarding Taksim Square in the evening—and welcomed me warmly. That is why I will be returning to the Arts Hotel; it is one of my favorite places. In short, the room is spacious and everything is spotless; cleanliness is evident everywhere, and the breakfast is delicious. I have nothing but praise for the entire staff—bravo! I highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-located, just a few minutes from Taksim Square. The staff was welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. The breakfast was varied and of good quality. The room was quiet and well-maintained. I recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to discover Istanbul. Thank you for your welcome!

Menekse's service was excellent. My family and I were very pleased with the staff; they were quick, cheerful and helpful. I was very pleased and will definitely stay at this hotel again.
