Hotel Istanbul Kervansaray

1-The rooms smell of moisture. 2-The room was small. 3-The toilet was dirty. 4-the toilet was broken. 5-The wall paper of the room was dampened by the humidity. 6- The number of breakfast items was very poor. 7-The hairdryer didn't work. 8- location is good and near taksim square.

I was in this hotel with my daughter for three nights. Breakfast was low quality and very casual and not varied every day. Drinking water is not charged for the rooms. Hotel do not change towels, and bed sheets, several time should ask them for changeing . They only clean bath room and takeing garbage.They dont change table cover , only sweep tables by broom, and covers were dirty. Not have tea spoon.The staff attitude was good. And the access to Taksim Square and Subway was great. Overall no one would recommend a 4 star hotel. It was realy bad hotel.

I was in this hotel 6 days with my wife. Hotel do not change towels, and bed sheets, several time should ask them for changeing . They only clean bath room and takeing garbage, thats all. Breakfast tables not clean . They dont change table cover , only sweep tables by broom, and covers were dirty. Not have tea spoon. Only have a peice of wood. Messman behavior in restorant was terrible. It was realy bad hotel.
