We, a family of three adults, stayed at the hotel from November 24 to 28. Our reservation was for a standard triple room, but they upgraded us to a deluxe room—which turned out to be under the ground floor (basemanet)! It was right next to the public restrooms and the breakfast area, so mornings were very noisy.
The street the hotel is on has a slope, which was a bit bothersome. The heating in the hotel was absolutely inadequate for winter, and we froze for four nights, forced to wear every piece of warm clothing we had. We requested extra blankets, and they brought two very thin, small blankets that were not sufficient. Breakfast was the same every day. Only two of the hot breakfast options varied. The cold options were very stale, especially the olives. The room lighting was very dim and gloomy, especially in winter, being in the hotel basement.
+The hotel staff were very friendly and courteous.
+The hotel was a five-minute walk from Taksim Square and was very clean.
