The Peak Hotel

Really a bad experience. The hotel is very worn and dirty - only the reception looks nice. The rooms simply do not have any noise screen against other rooms. So you can hear everything talking about in the hallway. Every time the elevator knicking runs and all party and traffic from the street. The rooms are very small - and even though we had bought a suite with two separate bedrooms because we had two teenagers with after the 14 day cruise - the room was actually smaller than our cabin on the cruise and the division consisted of a glass wall between the beds. We tried to change room but it only got worse. The hotel presents itself as with pool and spa - the pool on the roof is hammer worn and almost an accident waiting to happen - the pool ladder sits loose, tiles broken and then there is playing unbeatably loud music. In the basement is a spa - you are the pool is ice cold - the sauna does not work and the only thing that almost seemed was steam bath. In this room there was also entrance to “night club” – maybe that explains the extreme party noise? We visited it, so if the noise came from there or the neighbor I don't know. Overall a very disappointing experience - I would not recommend anyone to stay there. Delete it if they expect more than 2 stars.

The worst hotel I have visited. We booked one room and they gave us another. When we complained, they offered an upgrade for a lot more money. It wasn't until I complained a day later that it wasn't the right room, taking photos to make a “TikTok,” that they changed us, but only on the last day. A room without windows or space. Horrible and they are rude. The breakfast was terrible, like a comedy movie where the hot breakfast is in an unplugged electric skillet (ice cold) and the toast flies off onto the floor. Horrible
