Tulip City Taksim Hotel

We were given room 1102, this room has a door that connects to room 1101. The guest in that room was very inconsiderate and rude and ill-mannered, all night talking loudly until, his alarm clock rings for more than 20' without turning it off. We complained and requested a change of room and were told that for the next day but never happened. You hear absolutely everything. This room is not suitable for rest if the guest of the other room is ill-mannered and noisy. The hotel did nothing to fix our situation, just let time pass and we have not rested for the night in three days. I don't recommend it at all.

This hotel is an absolute disaster! It does not have toothpaste and toothbrush, and they even dont even provide it for you!! The safe box was broken and they didn’t tend to repair or change it for us!! The manager’s behavior was awful! The breakfast area is not the one in the pictures, its actually a dark and tiny place in the labby!! They were greater hotels with the same price i have been to, such as Ferronia and Halich in the near nabourhood!!

We would like to sincerely thank the amazing reception staff member, Hasnaa, who always makes our stay at the hotel so comfortable and welcoming. She is truly the best employee – professional, kind, friendly, and extremely helpful with all guests. Because of her warm attitude and excellent service, we always choose to stay at this hotel. She represents the hotel in the best possible way, and her hard work is deeply appreciated. Thank you, Hasnaa, for everything you do!
