Adela Hotel

Stayed in this hotel as it is not far from the EXPO. The site has been listed a lot of nice additions. But none of this works. And what is indicated on the site turned out to be a hoax. Starting with the ostentatious number, which is shown at check-in. And then settled in another old and terrible room. The hotel was very old. The sauna is permanently off. Monotonous, not tasty food. Promised free Parking was paid! Rudeness and indifference of the staff. Absolutely not interested in guests. Faced with rudeness. Such hotels should not accept guests and do not deserve any number of stars!

Dear Sir, Please note that I am guest of Room no.507 who checked in on 18.12.2018 and checked out on 22.12.2018 at 8.45 pm. After checking out we rushed for Istanbul Sabiha Gokcen airport to catch Istanbil-Dubai flight, operated by Fly Dubai FZ754. When we boarded flight I checked my wallet. I had two wallets. Black small and brown big. Black small wallet had 600 USD which was not there anymore and brown wallet had 1700 USD approximately, 10 euros, 6 indian rupees , 5 singapore dollars,70 AED and mix of russian rubles. All this money is lost. We left hotel from approximately 18:00 hrs to 19:30 on 22.12.2018 and then again we went out from 19:45 to 20:30 for meeting. We thought we are checking out so we kept do not disturb board and went for meeting to Haci Sayid restaurant. Please check in cameras and find my hard earned money. I hold this hotel completely responsible for my losses. Hotel will be liable to pay all my losses. My friend Polatmyrat Akmammedov who was second guest in the same room is my witness to all this. Everything was almost satisfactory For breakfast we had different choice with good quality Staff were helpful Internet was available in rooms and lobby recommend that for short business visit housekeeping was the only negative point
