Absolutely to avoid this hotel! Dirty: In October 2013 I had my first experience, they give me a room dirty with excrement in the toilet. The breakfast is in the attic and in that period it rained, the water filtered from the roof into the cutlery tray. Dishonest and thieves: Although my first horrible experience I give them an other opportunity, so through Booking.com I'd book a room in June 2015, a prepaid room. Due to the elections disorder of that period we preferred not attend a congress, but seen as we had already paid we ask for the fiscal invoice.... NO ONE answer at our mail, we asked at our Turkish friend to call them, we hoped that listen a Turkish voice....nothing. We wrote to booking but not even them helped us. So, avoid this hotel.

so many people told us to be cautious about commuting around hotel, i guess the environment is not safe. The breakfast was terrible. when we entered our room at first night we found a manly underwear at bathroom which shows they have not cleaned the room for next guest to come.

I went to Istanbul for a business weekend and needed to stay near the exhibition halls so Al Sinno's location was perfect. My colleague and I quite liked the homey feel of it; staff were helpful tho had marginal English-language skills, and our rooms were clean and adequate. But the breakfasts were truly a let down with a small selection, often with rotten fruit, and only instant coffee. Really disappointing since Turkish food is excellent and we were looking forward to fresh fruit and yogurts.
