All Star Bern Hotel

⭐ A disappointing stay – absolutely not Recommendation ⭐ My stay at the Bern Hotel in Istanbul was a huge disappointment, and unfortunately it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the very beginning, the surroundings of the hotel make a negative impression – dirty, unmaintained, and loud. I didn’t feel comfortable and safe, especially in the evening. The rooms are very small and cool. The space is extremely narrow and far from comfortable. There was heavy air in the room due to insufficient ventilation, which makes you feel even more tired than relaxing. You feel stuck in a small space. The cleanliness level is below expectations. Neither room nor bathroom looked clean enough. Hygiene is not the level expected from a hotel that welcomes international guests. The biggest problem was the nightly noise. The hallways heard the movements and conversations of the staff, making it almost impossible to sleep. A hotel should provide relaxation and quiet to its guests—it wasn’t possible here. I was also seriously disturbed by the smell of smoke in the building, even in the common areas. With today’s standards, it’s unacceptable for the health and comfort of guests. As a non-smoker, I felt extremely uncomfortable. I had stress and fatigue instead of relaxing after sightseeing. Hotel immediate: • improving cleanliness standards, • ensuring silence at night, • improvement of the ventilation system, • Fully eliminating smoke in-house I think you should. Unfortunately, I can't Recommend this hotel to those seeking peace, cleanliness, and basic comfort.

Great stay at Bern Hotel in Istanbul! I had a really good stay at the Bern Hotel. The service was at the top and all staff were incredibly nice and helpful. A special thanks to Khautar and Noor who really did an extra effort to make me feel welcome – they were both friendly, smiling and professional. Can definitely recommend the hotel, especially if you appreciate the good service and welcoming staff.

They are a scammers and they made me pay 80$ for 2 nights at the first they told me its 20$ for a night and they can’t even speak English only turkish and Arabic NOT recommended at all too much noise.
