Art City Hotel

We rested in Istanbul 11.05-16.05 From Minsk, first time in the country! The choice was Art Cyti and we didn't regret it! I want to say thank you very much! For the choice of room (we were offered 3 options), in-room safe, hairdryer, kettle , air conditioning, TV, balcony. The room is neat, everything to eat, changing towels, cleaning everything! Buffet breakfasts (omelettes, vegetables, cheeses, sausages, ham, jams, bread, olives, olives, etc.) are all you need for breakfast 👍 At the reception you could get water/tea/coffee at any time! A friendly team and nice people! Everyone is very sympathetic, attentive and friendly! Interesting talking and joking! In Russian no problem (as Turkish vocabulary 3 words 😂) On the first day they told you where to eat delicious ) It was nice to be back after a long walk around town to the hotel! Only favorable aspecttp the location. The economy rooms we discover to be in the basement without windows with the addition of 30 euros for three nights offer us a room in the attic with skylight. Horrible room with dirty and moldy bathroom, with broken toilet tablet and rusty screws,.scattered hair and trash can full of waste from previous occupants The stairs to the rooms looked like a repository of abandoned material. And what about breakfast? C was just you and milk and coffee powder, not even in wartime! No desserts, just bread and jam single portion. Boiled eggs, sliced of dubious wustel color and olives. Breakfast room in poor condition , chairs all with torn upholstery , some had been covered with pillows all enlivened by horrible and dusty fake flowers in some table. We had to have breakfast outside. I can't understand how so many positive reviews are possible for a truly horrible place!

Lovely hotel, with excellent service. The view from the room is chic, but more chic from the terrace. Close to everything, nearby and architectural heritage and also various restaurants. Thank you very much to the team for helping us coordinate and advise. Especially the hotel manager. Definitely recommended and I will definitely come back!
