Asitane Life

The hotels looks absolutely nothing like the pictures shown. The rooms were very dirty, curtains that were falling apart and not been washed ever. The toilet and shower was also dirty, there was no room service. The rooms are very tiny and out of date. Biggest issue for me was that there was no kettle and no tea arrangement! Absolute disgrace. There is also no lift so we had to climb 4 flights of stairs with suitcases. The pictures are very misleading and you will not the views advertised.

This is the worst hotel I've ever seen!!! Generally this hotel for accommodation do not consider ! Rooms are dirty, there's a "jerk" sitting at the reception, I'm sorry about that. Horror, horror, horror👎👎👎

BEWARE. VERY BAD MY BAD EXPERIENCE Just come back from istanbul today. Booked this hotel for 5 nights. When i got there they gave me a small a room with faulty A/C. When i told the receptionist he said its auto it will come on .later went back to him saying it has nit come on. He came to my room and put his finger in a hole in the a/c and got it started but lasted only 10 mins. He said it will come on again but never did. Live wire showing in the socket. Filthy bathroom. No privacy as there was only half curtain in the room, neighbouring hotel room can see me in my room i stayed that night but couldnt stay any more. In the morning i went for breakfast at 9.30 when it suppose to be serve till 10am but receptionist its finish .then he gave me a plate of so called breakfast disgusting. Straihhtaway i went out and booked myself another room in a better hotel on the main road near the blue mosque. Everything close by . Hotel clean with proper card key unlike asitane gave a key which look like the 1970 key. Honestly i dont regret paying for another room and it was cheaper yhan asitane hotel. I would say to anybody going stanbul book yourself in STAR HOLIDAY HOTEL. room very clean .staff great. Breakfast on the roof looking the main road and mosque and tram.buffet breakfast. Safe in the room and cleaner everyday. Best advice stayway from this hotel
