Asmali Hotel Istanbul

We stayed at the Asmalı Hotel in April with our family and were very satisfied with our experience. First of all, the location of the hotel is really ideal. Important historical sites such as Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque can be reached on foot in a few minutes. We chose a family room, and its size was really comfortable. We were able to stay with our children without any problems. The room was clean, spacious and well organized, which is a real advantage for families. The breakfast was also above our expectations. It was an open buffet with a wide choice of products. Having breakfast on the terrace with a beautiful view made the experience even more enjoyable. But what we liked most was the staff. In particular, Mr. Eren at the front desk was extremely helpful. He was very welcoming, attentive and always ready to find solutions. Thanks to him, we felt really comfortable throughout our stay. In summary, this is a hotel we definitely recommend for its location, service and excellent value for money. If we return to Istanbul, we will again choose this hotel with pleasure, especially for a family stay.

Old room in need of remodeling. A huge window, the size of an entire wall, with no opaque curtain that would prevent light from entering. Shower coming out of a pipe from the wall, all oxidized. Door of the shower cabin that didn't close. Very weak breakfast.
