I made my reservation (No. 990462-TR222B61) for Emirtimes Hotel & Spa Tuzla through the ENUYGUN app. Unfortunately, due to the extraordinary events in Iran, our flight was cancelled. As soon as this happened, I contacted both ENUYGUN and Emirtimes Hotel & Spa Tuzla several times. My only request was to change the reservation dates because the situation was completely beyond my control. Sadly, neither company made any effort to resolve my situation. They refused to change my reservation dates and offered no reasonable assistance or flexibility. Instead of prioritizing customer satisfaction, they seemed more interested in keeping the money they had already received. For this reason, I cannot recommend either ENUYGUN or Emirtimes Hotel & Spa Tuzla. I especially advise international travelers visiting Turkey to be very cautious. If you face an unexpected or extraordinary situation, you may find that these companies will not stand by you when you need support the most. In the end, you risk losing both your time and your money. The true quality of a company is not measured when everything goes smoothly, but by how it treats its customers during difficult times. Unfortunately, my experience showed exactly the opposite.

A very pleasant stay with excellent service and the transfer made the whole experience even smoother. The hotel is very close to the airport. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Breakfast is good and well-organized. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and helpful. A special mention for the transfer service, being met at the airport is incredibly convenient, the car is always clean and the ride is calm and stress-free. Sadettin, in particular, is very polite, responsive, and professional - he replies quickly about the meeting point and timing, drives carefully, and creates a friendly atmosphere. Luggage assistance was also a big plus. Highly recommended.
