I rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience at this beach club was genuinely disappointing — from the moment we entered until we left. We paid 800 (around €18) per person just for entrance, expecting at least the basic amenities that every respectable beach club offers. Shockingly, towels were not provided unless you’re a hotel guest — something we were only told after asking. Instead, we were told to buy one. For the price we paid just to walk in, this is unacceptable. The attitude of the staff — especially the girl at the counter near the bar — was unprofessional and dismissive. When I expressed my concern, she kept repeating that “everywhere in buyukada is the same” and “there’s nothing she can do.” No hospitality, no effort, no care. We were a group of five and felt completely unwelcome. Once seated, no one came over to offer us drinks or check on us, even though the venue was not busy. Eventually, we went to the bar ourselves and ordered coffee and tea. The coffee was served, but for the tea, we were told to go to the other side and help ourselves. Self-service at a beach club? That’s not hospitality, that’s laziness. Overall, it felt like they were happy to take your money at the door and offer as little as possible in return. If you value good service, basic amenities, and respectful communication, I suggest looking elsewhere. This place has a long way to go before it can call itself a quality beach club.

The room, restaurant and beach are quite nice. Coming to the sea, how beautiful can Istanbul be, it is not the Aegean. The employees are polite and caring. I loved the pillows of the room :), the view and the bathtub 🥰

We stayed a night there with a nice view room at terrace breakfast was including fresh and clean and made home breakfast. Beach full of sand nice clean and stuff friendly there is a bar at the beach and cold drinks and a small list of food. The sunrise and sunset was super. There was a wedding proposal while we stayed there we saw the pre arrangements as well. There is a place for children to play a small market for swim dresses and a garden. It's the best between all beaches on buyukada.
