Berr Hotel

The hospitality of the room cleaner and the lady manager was superb they helped us we stayed here for more than 20 days in İstanbul and we didnt had any hustle thank u!!!

The hotel room was dirty - the bed sheets, towels ect… The bathroom was even dirtier after the room got „cleaned“ (see picture attached). I also can’t recommend the breakfast because the plates and glasses were dirty and the staff used the same gloves for picking up trash from the floor that they also used for bringing new plates, glasses, etc. This hotel absolutely does not deserve 4 stars!!!

It was an inviting experience. We walked into the room at night. We had a room called but it was not a set room. They brought everything back to the room later. No water no drinking etc. One bed on top was dirty. Something incredible. A $80 room and sheet smells vomiting pillow-faced fondotene wiener dirty. It was unreasonable. You’ve been to Istanbul and you’re tired when everything is great, and that’s the room. It was a terrible experience. I have been traveling consistently for years and we have never met with anything like that. They brought the new ones we wanted, and we dressed them all. We had no housekeeping. But we walked in and he’s held up. You''ll find the overall cleanliness at zero. We wanted to take a shower and out in the morning, and there’s water flowing from all over, cracked in a fountain like a joke. We went out immediately. This is where you want a bad experience.
