Check in staff pleasant and friendly. Checked in efficiently and found the room easily. Bit small perhaps but clean and comfortable. The WiFi worked well. Room was quiet. Breakfast offered a good selection of hot and cold foods and despite the time of year, we were able to eat outside on the terrace. Lifts speedy and efficient.

All over a good and professional experience, professional and friendly staff all over. Excellent breakfast exeperiences! Centrally located and near all the old town attractions.

Everything was perfect in this hotel, from arrival to departure.Good breakfast and on the terrace we had lunch one day and all good and clean.Clean Service in the rooms.We will return in another stay in Istanbul.Thankful.
