Byzantium Hotel

Our stay was simply excellent and exceeded our expectations in every way. We were particularly impressed by the entire staff. Already after a short time, we were addressed by our names – this made the stay very personal and warm. All employees were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always helpful, without ever being intrusive. Our room was spotless every day. A big compliment also goes to the housekeepers, who not only did excellent work but also always had a smile on their faces and were very friendly. The location of the hotel is also excellent. Many of the main attractions are easily reachable on foot, and the subway is only about a kilometer away. This allowed us to explore Istanbul in a relaxed manner. A special thanks goes to the hotel director. Before we arrived here, we had already booked another hotel. However, we could not stay there due to hygiene issues and had to find an alternative at short notice. When we explained our situation to him, he reacted with exceptional warmth. He said to us: "Let the negative energy out and let the positive in you." He then surprised us by upgrading us to a suite for the first night at no extra charge, so we could recover from the stressful experiences and start our vacation relaxed. We will never forget this gesture. You can tell that in this hotel, hospitality is not just a word, but is lived every day. From the very first moment, we felt welcomed and valued. The location is awesome. Great breakfast and Erhan is very Nice.

Hotel with a very good location, 10 minutes from the main points of interest to visit, and very attentive staff from reception to the rest of the hotel employees. Varied breakfast and Erhan was very attentive at all times, as was all the staff. Terrace with spectacular views for dinner or having a drink. The only thing that seemed a bit small to us was the room for the three of us.
