I stayed at this hotel for a few weeks for work reasons, on the advice of someone dear to me who worked there.
During my stay, I had the opportunity to directly observe a work environment that I found deeply negative. In my judgment, the owner and her family members held attitudes toward the staff that I considered disrespectful and inappropriate.
I personally witnessed episodes of verbal abuse directed at employees and behaviors that, from my point of view, are not compatible with a healthy and professional work environment. For this reason, I do not feel I can recommend this property.
I believe that respect for workers is a fundamental value and, based on my direct experience, this is an aspect that was unfortunately lacking.
