What a filthy hotel with the rudest staff I’ve ever met We arrived late and was shown to a room and told not to unpack as we would be moving rooms the next day Told to come to reception at 12 but as we were only there for 3 days we weren’t wasting our morning Later in the day when we arrived back we had been moved to a room that felt like a dungeon I spoke to 4 members of staff who all told me they were the manager What a joke! Was told to pay more money to move rooms!! Avoid at all costs

First 24 hours and we have been well looked after. Our room is clean tidy and we slept well. The view stunning. Location perfect. And the staff have been nothing but friendly. We missed breakfast as we’d gone out to run but Dilber kindly gave us wonderful Chai tea along with boiled eggs and bread. We were apprehensive given the reviews but we stayed on the sixth floor and given the value we certainly can not complain. We have more nights ahead and I now feel much more relaxed and content with our wallet friendly choice

We had a wonderful breakfast, thanks to our dear sister, may her hands and heart be blessed 👌🫶🥰♥️
