The staff is great and Volkan is kind and caring

The food and room service were excellent. The cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms, and the warm, helpful, and attentive behavior of the staff were wonderful. We would especially like to thank Ms. Ruya Su, who works at the reception, and Mr. Serat; they made our niece very happy. The next time I come to Istanbul, this will be the only place I choose to go.

Dirty rooms. Bathroom was covered in hairs and grime. Toothpaste from previous guests was still splattered over the sink and walls. Hand prints left on the windows. Strong smell of cigarettes. Don’t even bother using the pool to relax as before you even step foot in it you’re told you have to pay the equivalent of £5.00 each on a swimming cap otherwise you’re not allowed into the pool… If only they cared as much about hairs left in the bathroom and they do about hairs in the pool.
