Emporium Hotel

He helped us a lot during our stay in Istanbul. He was very kind to explain everything to you. Very good guys. We will go again. The best is the lady in the reception very polite very good English it’s not easy to find an Istambul somebody to speak good English I returned back to this hotel.

Bad experience The hotel is bad We had asked for a double, they gave us a tiny room with 2 single beds where you could not even open the fridge because there was no space between it and the bed Breakfast non-existent only vegetables and sandwiches and jam Also lacked towels in the room

Poor cleaning, poor breakfast, little helpful and rude staff. Also, I had a pair of glasses stolen. Structure to be avoided absolutely. The only positive aspect is the fact that it is located a stone's throw from the tram stop, an extremely useful means of visiting the city.
