Scammers !Manager Ismail ,night arrival at the hotel, tells us that the roof leaked,in fact ,occupied other people (we didn't immediately guess)Offer to divide our family ,checking into other hotels .The options offered were terrible according to all criteria, created an unpleasant feeling that they rent out by the hours ,for understandable needs.Contacting the agency "Istan Tour" and explaining the situation ,about the unacceptable to spend a single night ,in these dirty places sleepover , the agent advises to stay one night.Very upset by this approach to customers ,no one advise to book with them !

Great stay. Amazing views, breakfast, staff. Everyone is so smiley. Stay here for a positive environment yummy food. I stayed here for one night and I would've stayed longer if I didn't have a layover flight next morning. I was treated kindly by staff Jon Ismail and the rest of the staff. Everyone is so helpful and treats you like a human, not just a customer. I'll be back!

The best hotel for your money, daily cleaning, chic location, kind staff, clean linen, hot water, delicious breakfast, everything you need and need-to-eat in the room, my wife and I took economy-us and the view of the Bosphorus caught.
