This apartment on the 3rd floor. 2 bedrooms with 1 bathroom with shower and bath and kitchen. 2 toilets. Location was great. However, steep streets to get there, behind the Galata Tower. Living room: old fashioned and not fresh to sit on the couch. Kitchen: not cooked in, only during breakfast no coffee maker. Bathroom: shower, toilet and bath. Pretty big. Nice shower. Large bedroom: plenty of closet space. Bed too hard and much too small duvet cover. Towels: you get these once a week !!!! Or you have to have your apartment cleaned and that costs € 20. So if you want clean towels, you also pay € 20. Big complaint filed about it. Then we got them for free once. There is no toilet at the reception when you come to pick up your bags at the end of the day. Some rigid reception, does not move at all. In the immediate vicinity many restaurants and shops. Breakfast nice and outside the door. Recommended? I wouldn't come back. Judge for yourself. Maybe another apartment in the building. But 1 week with towels, no.

Our apartment was dark and cold, with not enough blankets or heating. I enquired with "reception " their response. The central heating comes on at 13degrees. I'm not sure what you're meant to do if it's 14 degrees..... They said use the reverse cylce air-conditioner- of which it isn't. Photos of apartments are misleading. There are plenty of more affordable and better options in the area.

Very disappointing experience overall. The listing uses heavily edited/misleading photos that don't reflect reality. The furniture quality is poor, and the advertised Bosphorus view is extremely limited - only visible through a small bathroom window. The manager showed a terrible attitude and treated us with contempt, despite the fact that we arrived at 1 AM with a child. This unprofessional behavior made an already disappointing situation even worse. The price is far too high for what you actually get. The amenities and service are minimal.
