A truly great hotel that I can recommend with a clear conscience. The reception was already very warm and professional; you feel welcome right away. During the entire stay, the staff was without exception friendly, attentive, and helpful. A special thank you goes to Mr. Erkan, who was always extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. With his positive attitude, he made our stay even more pleasant. The cleanliness was also outstanding. A special compliment to the housekeeping staff, who did a great job every day. The central location is ideal; many sights, restaurants, and shopping opportunities are easily reachable on foot. The spa area rounds off the stay perfectly. For me, it is certain: On my next trip to Istanbul, I will definitely book this hotel again. In my opinion, this hotel should have more than just 4 stars

I spent four nights at this hotel and can recommend it without reservation. For me, this 4-star hotel is definitely underrated; in my opinion, it deserves 5 stars. Upon my arrival, I was greeted extremely warmly and professionally at the front desk by Mr. Erkan. The first impression was excellent and was confirmed throughout the entire stay. The entire staff was friendly, attentive, and very helpful at all times. A special thank you also goes to the cleaning staff, who did an excellent job every day. The room was always impeccably clean, and her friendly manner made the stay even better. The hotel also impresses with a beautiful spa area, a pleasant atmosphere, and a perfect, very central location. Many sights, restaurants, and shopping opportunities are easily reachable on foot. It is certain for me that for every trip to Istanbul, I will only book this hotel. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms and bathrooms are clean and well-maintained, but the courtesy set in the bathroom is missing. The hairdryer works for 10 seconds and then stops. A very sore point was the dinner... truly embarrassing... only one first course and one second course, mostly very bad... always and only bland watermelon for dessert! If you go to this hotel, book only B&B... no dinner...
