Grand Hotel Palmiye

Good day, everyone! I booked from 26.10.2024 to 28.10.2024. I arrived at night, arrived at the hotel around 1am and was told there were no beds at the hotel, we will find a room for you, I waited until 4am, eventually had to find a room at another hotel, found spruce for 50 euros night. I was explained this way (not hotel staff) given that I came on Saturday, and on Taksim just everyone comes to have fun on the weekend and prefer to stay overnight in hotels near Taksim, the demand is great for rooms and the price is getting more expensive, so my room was rented to other people. At the same time, I was told that come on Sunday you will have a room, on Sunday I was already informed that there is no room available, I asked for a refund. The money's back. This hotel doesn't recommend it if I knew what could happen so I'd come and there's no room, I wouldn't have gone there in my life.

I booked 'single room' via the Internet. On my way to the hotel, I was shown a room with a very small window facing the hallway. Like a cell. Single room is defined as room with no windows. Where does this say?????? This era / millennium hotel room!! They said let's put your money away, let's go crazy. They gave me another room with a balcony, but they paid me extra money (20 AVRO). Here’s the balcony: It’s ⁇ 1 square meter large and includes 2 external air conditioning units. You can’t sleep from the noise. There’s live music and/or a bar with loud music intermittently. You can only dream of sleep. Breakfast is bad. No water from shower. I asked for repair. They weren’t interested. I couldn’t take a shower for a day. Someone then stole up and looked. The waters flocked everywhere. Taking a shower was a big torture. I don't recommend Recommendation. Be careful.

I think the best thing about this hotel is its staff as helpful and kind they are. However the hotel has problems in details. They can serve breakfast more professional. Our room was big and cozy but unwanted sound penetrated from everywhere!!. The location is great but it is really noisy. The bars and clubs around the hotel are open till 5A.M and there is an awful singer in the front bar, which will annoy you indeed.
