Grand Star

Absolutely ridiculous! The rooms are dated. We requested them to keep our large luggage downstairs and they said NO- so we brought up 5 floors to our room. And of course on the check out day elevator did not work. So we had to lug down 6 large 50lb bags for 5 floors! Absolute joke!!! Pathological liars- kept saying it will be fixed in 5 minutes and we wasted 30 minutes waiting for them!

Hotel disaster, too dirty. I don't even give a star, no listening, the director rude From our arrival at the reception, he forces us to pay 50 euros more per night (for 6 nights) to change the room from -3 basement upstairs Elevator broken down during our stay, bed linen was not changed...in summary I do not recommend this hotel to anyone

A staff member named Leila shouted at us to get out of the pool well before closing time and, when we raised the issue calmly, she became more aggressive and made hostile gestures. The experience was unpleasant and ruined our time at the pool. I would give the pool staff a zero rating if possible and do not recommend using the pool services. This review is about the hotel pool.
