Gulhane Park Hotel

Difficult access due to road closures/constructions. Poor airconditioner, bad hygiene. Non courteous and non cooperative staff.

It was a really bad experience. The staff at the reception were extremely rude and disrespectful. They always looked down on us and offered no help whatsoever. What upset us the most was that our child had left behind a toy at the hotel that had been with him since he was little and held great sentimental value for him. We called them that same evening, but they neither called us back nor put the toy aside. Moreover, they said they just threw it in the trash. Such indifference is truly unacceptable. I definitely don't recommend it. I would never go there again, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Great location. Rooms are very basic. The online photos must be 20+ years old… 2 out of 3 beds were broken. Refrigerator & TV didn’t work and the shower didn’t drain. When we told the front desk they just looked at us blankly and were not at all surprised. It’s a cheap and clean place in a good location. But don’t expect anything above that.
