The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and the staff is extremely professional, always available and attentive. We particularly appreciated the quality of the welcome and the kindness of the entire team. A special mention to Mohammed, the receptionist, who was a great help during our stay. Always smiling, attentive, responsive, and highly professional, he was able to assist us when we encountered difficulties that were in no way related to the hotel. His involvement and kindness truly made a difference. The rooms were comfortable, and the common areas were very clean. I highly recommend this establishment and thank Mohammed and the entire team again for their hospitality and professionalism.

One of my favorite aspects of the hotel is its quiet. It''s truly a big plus that you can offer such a serene atmosphere in the city. The beds and especially the pillows were incredibly comfortable. I felt relaxed in just a few hours’ sleep. Quality of sleep is one of my most important criteria for their stay, and they really did it. Mr. Ayhan's caring and friendly approach at the front desk made the process very comfortable. In the lobby and bar, Melih Bey, Caner Bey, Miray Mrs, Hakan Bey, Enes Bey and Muhammet Bey are really a team that makes a difference. They never feel alone. They''re both solution-focused and friendly and engaged, and the conversation is enjoyable. I last stayed in September 2025. It was also valuable for me to remember during this stay. Even after time, the same quality and friendliness is also confident. I also want to thank the housekeeping team. The rooms were spotlessly clean and clearly worked with a lot of dedication. The cake and fruit treats left in my room the morning after my stay were very thoughtful. I chose because I was pleased earlier, but I said one better. The names I counted really made my stay better, and if I prefer it again, I’ll do it for them. And thank you to the whole team that worked hard, though I can’t remember his name. As a small recommendation, it might be nice to make the dining menu a little more varied in terms of vegetarian options. Thank you for passing through. ❤️
