We had an absolute standard-setting stay at this hotel. Everything about our trip to Istanbul was wonderful, but the warmth and hospitality of the staff made it truly unforgettable.
A special mention goes to Sevgi, our amazing housekeeper, who kept our room absolutely spotless and fresh every single day—her attention to detail did not go unnoticed!
Breakfast each morning was a highlight thanks to Seran Afikan, who took such great care of us with her welcoming smile and excellent service.
We also want to send a huge thank you to the entire reception team for going out of their way to wish us a Happy Birthday. Their genuine thoughtfulness made us feel so celebrated. A very special shoutout to Saren and Ece for their incredible availability, patience, and assistance with everything we needed throughout our stay.
