Holiday Inn Istanbul City

This hotel is misleading their customers by charging the water in glass bottles, claiming that it's a mini-fridge item, even though it's not in the mini-fridge and there's no labels stating that it is a paid item. When we asked the hotel staff why we were charged, they said that they informed us about this during the check-in, even though we're sure we did not hear about this. We ended up paying 620 Lira extra for 4 bottles of water. Even though they might have mentioned that the bottled water was a paid item, 155 Lira for 1 bottle is absolutely ridiculous, a rip off.

Bottled water left in my room, I was told to pay 155 lire a bottle even though it didn't say or say anything about paying, 620 lire for four nights. The staff have said that they said it at check-in, but they have not said that. In addition, the same amount of bottled water can be bought in the city for around 45 lire, so the price tag is also high.

The experience was below expectations. Cleanliness and service need significant improvement, and I would not stay here again.
