Hotel Bristol

Location is great except for the very busy and crowded traffic in the street. Room was clean and comfortable. Room size was good but bath was very small. Amenities in the room are limited. Breakfast was average. No variety of food and no deserts.

Unfortunately, your stay at Bristol Hotel Istanbul was well below expectations. The biggest challenge was poor service from staff. We informed several times that the hotel did not have any channel showing World Cup football, and we received repeated promises that this would be settled, but the problem was never resolved. WiFi on the 6th floor was very poor and almost useless. When we asked the staff about the cause, we did not get a satisfactory explanation or solution, which resulted in us having to use a lot of mobile data. Rooms and bathrooms were very small, and sound insulation was insufficient, making the stay uncomfortable. The breakfast selection was limited, and popular items were quickly empty without the hotel having good options available. We also booked VIP taxi to the airport through the hotel, but the car that came was in very poor condition. For the same price we could easily get a significantly better transportation service. Overall, we felt that the hotel did not deliver the quality and service we expected. Based on our experience, we are unfortunately unable to recommend Bristol Hotel Istanbul to other travellers.

The hotel is located in a convenient location , near the subway, and nearby hotels are located. The street is quite busy, but sleeping at night is quite comfortable. The room was smoked. Weak internet. Breakfast is satisfactory, you won't stay hungry. When settling first wanted to write off again for living . But the staff is generally helpful and friendly.
