Hotel Nezih

The personal who is in carrge on the nigth is very rude and unpolitr. He is unable to use POS and issue an invice. Mor of that he was verry upsate that that we asked to pay with our card bank, due to the fact we have enought money to pay cash. He suddenley forget to speak english although in the first night we talked in english and roumain. He was verry roud.

the position of the hotel is good but the people are greedy and don't care about the service. The breakfast was just OK not more. It smells smoke in the bathroom, when we coplained about it they ignored it. Not clean or well oriented rooms.

A warm welcoming hotel. Extremely clean and we were given a choice between 2 rooms. The decor is very classical and a lot of thought and care has been put in to make it look homely. However lighting could definitely be brightened, the rooms are very dark and we had to keep the main and bedside lights on. Breakfast is ok, choice is a bit minimal and repetitive. We were there for 4 days and the breakfast was exactly the same each day. The bathroom was tiny and definitely a drawback, there wasn't enough room to comfortably come out of the shower without brushing past the toilet and we're slim. The walls are very thin and if you're a light sleeper you may want to consider staying elsewhere, everything that's going on near your room can be heard inside. We were out exploring the city all day every day of our stay so we didn't mind, however, if you plan to spend more time in your hotel room this is not the hotel for you.
