Hotel Zurich Istanbul

Everything was great, The location was excellent. Breakfast, service especially reception staff are amazing. I definitely come back.

The hotel is located near tram/metro stations, which makes it easy to get around Istanbul. The hotel is clean (except for the decorative pillows on the beds) and the staff is very pleasant and professional. There is a breakfast with a lot of choices. There is also a pool (you need a swim cap to swim in it). I went twice; it was clean but very cold. There was no one there except for one employee. However, the hotel is very noisy. The soundproofing leaves something to be desired; you can hear the neighbors and people in the hallway very quickly (furthermore, the guests are not particularly respectful, knowing that you can hear things quickly/loudly). As for the outside noise, our room faced the "quiet" street, but the window insulation was not great; you can already hear it well from the 5th floor. If you are on the other side of the hotel, it must be really unpleasant/difficult to sleep.

The hotel is clean, their service is excellent, I honestly recommend it, and its location is great, everything is around you.
