Innpera Hotel

⭐ 0/10 – Very disappointing experience. This was my first stay at this hotel and definitely my last. I accidentally booked for one adult instead of two, but the room clearly allowed a maximum of two guests and even had two beds. Despite this, the hotel refused to let my sister enter the room and kept us waiting at reception for over 1.5 hours after a long flight. My sister has diabetes and was unwell, but the staff still insisted that only I could enter the room. They demanded an extra $120 for the second guest. After contacting Booking.com, my reservation was updated to two adults with no additional charge, yet the hotel initially refused to return the $100 cash deposit I had paid and only agreed after lengthy discussions with management. Customer service was also very poor. The hotel only provided complimentary water on the first day. When I requested water one evening, I waited over 1.5 hours and was eventually told they had no water available at all, despite first telling me it would cost 50 TL. Overall, the staff were unhelpful, the handling of the situation was unfair, and the experience caused unnecessary stress during our trip.

We had a very disappointing experience at Innpera Hotel. The property feels extremely dated, and both the rooms and the lobby carried an unpleasant smell throughout our stay. The lifts were also old and not functioning properly, which added to the discomfort. What concerned us the most, however, was the behavior of the staff. On two occasions, they entered our room without permission. This was a clear violation of our privacy and made us feel unsafe in the hotel. Unfortunately, this stay did not reflect the hospitality standards we expected in Istanbul. We cannot recommend this hotel to other travelers and hope that the management and tourism authorities take serious notice of these issues.

I BOOKED A FAMILY ROOM. INFACT THEY CHARGED ME EXTRA AT THE TIME OF CHECK INN. MR. OGUZ HE IS A THIRD CLASS PERSON. HE WAS AT THE TIME OF CHECK IN. NOT EVEN READY TO LISTEN WHAT I AM SAYING. HE WAS NOT EVEN LISTENING TO THE MANAGER. STAFF IS VERY RUDE. HOTEL LOCATION IS GOOD. ROOMS ARE OK.
