KAYA MADRID HOTEL

Be Careful .. the rooms are very small.. you cant move around. Even the toilet.. the sank does not fit even with a small kid They didn't change the blanket or the bed sheet . The staff are over nose. Especially the receptionist was on C shift.. WiFi didn't work at the high floors.. We spent a night without water at the toilet !! I don't recommend this hotel at all..

good economic hotel , stayed in a 2 bedroom room with view to a nice alley for 4 nights. apart from the initial confusion about our reservation, the staff acted very well. the room elevator, hairdryer, safebox and fridge (though the fridge was empty), the breakfast is good high access to turkcell, exchange and multiple tram , bus and metro lines to city center and tourist sites

Whaaaat??? It isn't like a hotel. Really bad. Really. Very small rooms. Very small beds. Everything is aweful. Do not choose this hotel. It will be a nightmare if u take it. Very noisy. The worst stuffs are exist on it.
