Ayda is super nice and helpful, solves all problems super fast, the rest of the hotel staff is also very friendly, always with a smile.. gives a good feeling of security, the only downside is English films but everything in Turkish.. no English subtitles but I score 9 for the hotel and staff❤️gym was a big 10

Great stay at Kaya Istanbul Fair & Convention Hotel I had a very pleasant stay at Kaya Istanbul Fair & Convention Hotel. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and the overall service was very good. A special thank you to Bita and Baran for their kindness, professionalism, and helpful attitude. They were always friendly and welcoming, and they made my stay more enjoyable. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience and would be happy to stay at this hotel again.

An incidental find due to flight change, great coffee and good food at the restaurant, the service team is lovely. Thanks to Sue, i felt like home. The team speaks excellent English (important and if you travel to Istanbul often you’ll know why) and as a smoker, I love having a little garden outside that I can enjoy a cigarette with my Turkish coffee.
