My recent stay at this hotel was wonderful, and I can’t recommend it enough. The location is absolutely perfect—most of the city's main attractions and interesting spots are within easy walking distance, which made exploring so convenient. We also loved that the restaurant next door offers a discount for hotel guests; it was a great bonus! The room itself was spotless and comfortable. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job every day. It was such a treat to come back to a clean, tidy room with the air conditioning working perfectly (a lifesaver!). I was also really impressed with the amenities—not only did they replenish the soap, shower gel, and shampoo daily, but they also provided a body lotion. That is such a rarity in hotels these days, and I really appreciated the thoughtful touch. What truly set this stay apart, however, was the incredible service. First, I want to mention the young lady who checked us in. Sadly, we didn’t catch her name as she has since left the hotel, but she was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made us feel at home right from the start. A special shout-out must go to Hurşid and Kadir. They were absolute lifesavers! We had so many silly and random questions, and they helped us with every single one with patience and a smile. They fixed a tricky Wi-Fi issue for us, gave us clear instructions on how to send postcards home, and provided excellent advice on using the local public transport. They went above and beyond to make our stay stress-free. Thank you to the whole team for a memorable stay. We will definitely be back!

We came to this hotel trusting its high online ratings and positive reviews, but our experience was a huge disappointment. The room we were initially given was quite bad. The room's window faced directly against a wall and received almost no daylight. After we complained, our room was changed, but the new room also had serious problems. The shower wasn't working, the safe wasn't working, and the air conditioner wasn't working. Despite reporting these issues to reception, no permanent solution was offered. Furthermore, the rooftop terrace mentioned in the hotel's promotional materials does not actually exist. This situation is misleading for guests. There's practically no seating area in front of the hotel; just a few chairs and a table. Regarding the cleanliness of the hotel rooms, the cleaning staff does a very good job and the rooms are cleaned regularly. However, the discovery of a dead mouse near the seating area in front of the hotel, and the resulting foul odor that lingered for a long time, was extremely disturbing. This situation left a negative impression regarding the overall maintenance and management of the hotel. The beds were quite uncomfortable as well. After staying for a few nights, we experienced back and lower back pain and didn't get enough rest. Overall, given the problems and shortcomings we experienced, we find it difficult to understand the hotel's high online ratings. Unfortunately, we were not satisfied with this experience and I cannot recommend the hotel. The breakfast is terrible; it's the same breakfast every day, it never changes. They don't even have a cup of tea to drink in the evenings. There's no water either.

Thank the hotel staff for their quality, professional service, clean room and delicious breakfasts. A very cozy and comfortable place in the centre of Istanbul. The staff is friendly, there's a Russian-speaking manager. My husband and I had a memorable vacation!
