Kuran Hotel International

Very poor service, I arrive as a couple with my wife, and I am given a single comfort room, being told that there are no rooms available even though I had paid for a double room a few days before arriving! Knowing that there are departures and arrivals every day! Uninvolved reception staff, who do not provide clear answers! I spent my stay in a very cramped room for a couple, with only one access to the bed (the other side wedged against the wall), one wardrobe, one nightstand, and a small room in terms of space! The rest is normal, in terms of location, one side of the neighborhood is very popular, and the other side is on a commercial street (wholesale clothing). I do not recommend it for tourists wanting to explore the city of Istanbul!

Disappointed is the word. Hotel location is good, service average. The general staff are friendly and lovely but management is appalling. Booked through Booking.com who claimed checkin was open from 00:00 (midnight in my knowledge) however when we arrived, we could not check in, we were not allowed to wait in reception or cafe. 2 ladies Kicked out with suitcase! We had to check into another hotel across the road for the few hours. Next day, we went into our room, place smelled of smoke, corridor and rooms. No electric point to charge phone. We unplugged the mini fridge ! The card key holder by the door fell off. Restaurant was disappointing! The manager was laid back couldn't handle queries. The young owner straight from 70's movie did not accept women complaining. In the end we checked out short of our stay - but they charged our credit card for the full stay !!! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

This is the worst hotel in Instanbul! Definitely don’t recommend it. We waited for 6 hours for our rooms and they didn’t even asked us for water! Actually they wanted us to pay for it! The staff is very unfriendly and done talk English!
