Laleli Gonen Hotel

Had not realised the roof terrace was under construction and the hotel was having an upgrade so it wasn't what I had hoped. The room was fine but very noisy neighbours. Breakfast wasn't worth getting up for. Location great.

This hotel is under renovations. Website offers a pool and roof top terrace. No pool or access to terrace. Breakfast was ordinary same same every day. Nowhere nice to sit other than in your room. The room was ok and clean. Staff not very helpful.

After 23 days thru east Europe, we returned to Istanbul just for 1 day to have shopping and to return to our country. So we booked an hotel close to shopping area. Our experience was terrible. Good location, nice instalations but the hotel was under reparations or something like that, and nothing worked. No TV, no Air conditioning, no Safebox and problems with the shower. In case we had to stay more than one night, we should had to move to another hotel. And the exployees, very kind when we arrived ( the offered us breakfast and the room at 9:30 pm) but everybody were unable to solve anything and the answers were terrible.
