Legend Hotel

I had the chance to stay twice in this hotel within a span of one week. Irfan, the receptionist has been exceptional in his service. He was ready to go an extra mile to help the customers. In my case when I was having difficulty calling home, he even lent his mobile. Other staff members are also excellent: the manager Hakan, Ali the all rounder and also the cleaning staff. The food could be improved! On the booking do not even think of booking from Airport. Although the clerk at the Sabiha Gokcen airport was a nice person they charged exorbitant amount!

We, Irfan "my brother" and I, go back a long time. He has developed into a knowledgeable receptionist with a good heart, eager to help where possible. So don't hesitate to stay at Legend hotel! The hotel is located right in the old centre of Istanbul.

The positive things about the hotel, or actually the Motel were friendly staff, clean room, good location. However, I was scammed and was charged $150 a night at the airport hotel reservation. I could have stayed at a much nicer hotel for the money had I booked on line. Learned my lesson. It is nice to be nice, but becareful when someone is extremley nice to you!!!!
