Mina Hotel

This hotel was of a very poor standard and failed to provide even basic levels of care. The shower door leaked, even when we were extremely careful while showering. There was only one tiny towel hanger for all the towels, and it was very poorly positioned, meaning you couldn’t grab a towel without stepping out of the shower first. At the check in, we were clearly informed that we would have a great view from our room. The windows were covered in dirt and bird droppings. Everything looked and felt cheaply built. The air conditioning did not work at all. We informed the staff on numerous occasions, but they repeatedly insisted that it was functioning properly. No one ever came to check it. The room was not cleaned during our stay. There was hardly any toilet paper provided, and we repeatedly had to ask for more, as we were given only one or two rolls to last several days. At one point, we even had to wait an entire day for them to bring us just two rolls of toilet paper. The room description stated that an iron was included, but this was not the case. I had to request one every day, and sometimes none were available because other guests were using them. The bedding and towels were ripped. There was nowhere to properly place or unpack luggage. Additionally, the description and the pictures shown online did not match the reality at all. The actual condition of the room was completely different from what was advertised. This hotel is barely worthy of two stars, despite being advertised as a four-star property.

Nice modern three-star hotel, "fresh" maintenance, very clean, with rooms rather comfortable (DeLuxe) and very quiet (pity for breakfast that , 13 euros moreover is served in a tray! rather unsatisfactory, better to go out and do it yourself). Excellent pricing, excellent logistics location, max. 10' from the Grand Bazaar, 5' from the Hippodrome-Blue Mosque, 10' from Hagia Sophia, 15' from Galata Bridge ...

Hotel well located close to the main tourist attractions, daily cleaning, the staff are very helpful, especially Mr. Serol (be happy) very attentive, a good place to stay. The bedrooms are spaces with closets
