Minel Hotel

This place is very beautiful place, its location is the best among all my visits to istanbul, very close to T1 station, 2 mins walk to Hağa sofia mosque, 10 mins walk from the grand bazar. Faruk is a nice guy, and very helpful, keeps smiling, he is very friendly and professional. All in all I advise everyone to come to this place. One negative point is that no water inside the rooms, but you can use the water cooler in the reception. I can give a 5 star review❤️

I want to say too much thanx for this hotel. The area is super. Near Gulhane parki. For this money is Best place in Sultanahmet. Only one was disturb is building from morning time, but hope soon Will be finish this. And specially wanna thanx for stuff, was too much care about all🙏 Hope Will back❤️

This is a poorly run hotel located in a great area . The standard of breakfast is poor & basic I booked and payed for four nights - I spent the first three nights in three different rooms , I spent more time getting things fixed and sorted Broken T.V. , Broken WC seats , No WiFi , Broken shower hoses and hand pieces , no pillow covers , leaking water from shower on flooring - This Hotel is in poor repair , Needs major renovations. After running the marathon and sightseeing on a Sunday , On returning to the hotel to be kept awake by workers dyna drilling and hammering up until 10.30 pm The staff did not make any effort to stop this noise - I left the hotel the next morning to find a more comfortable, better run hotel - There are no lifts in this three floor hotel and the marble spiral staircase is just dangerous - Not suitable for the elderly and very dangerous to carry bags up to your room . Would not recommend this hotel to anyone - It’s just cheap and horrible - Its an embarrassment to Tourism Turkey .
