Neorion

We stayed at the Neorion Hotel for a week, the whole family (parents and 4 children). Perfect location for visiting most of the most important things in the City on foot. The staff was attentive to every single need, with extraordinary thoughtfulness and care, day and night. It felt like we were truly at "home" and every time we returned to the hotel they were completely at our disposal for some refreshing drinks and to make the World Cup soccer matches available for the children to watch while we played oriental checkers. Excellent breakfast (which varied from day to day) and the SPA staff for the pool, hammam, sauna, and massages were welcoming (and patient with the 4 children aged 10 to 3). Particularly kind were the night service staff (Aziz and Abdullah), the cleaning service for the rooms on our floor, always attentive and available regarding times (III with Ms. Ainur), as well as the always kind handyman Mr. Metin, the assistance service at the SPA (Ms. Melike) and the reception service in the lobby (also for organizing excursions to the aquarium, recommending where to go to eat, etc. (Mr. Farid).

The location is in the heart of Istanbul, close to everything. The hotel is simple but gives you the luxurious touch at the same time. The staff is the best thing in the whole experience, very welcoming and helps you with anything you need. Special thanks to Mr Aziz for helping me order food at night through his phone.

We are return visitors. This is our go-to address; we feel at home there. The central location of the hotel allowed us to walk around, which made our stay very pleasant. The breakfast staff was remarkably kind, a pleasure to start the day. A special thank you to Mehmed Afendi and his team for preparing this gesture at the restaurant for my sister's birthday. We will definitely come back!
