Orient Express Hotel

We stayed here, I dont understand the reviews. Your not staying in a 7 star hotel. The staff were great, Firat especially made our stay very special. The breakfast and variety was exceptional and again the staff there were so polite and helpful with a smile every morning saying good morning. I will definitely book again.

Very bad stay. Only positive is the location. Everything has to be reviewed for the rest. Don't.

I really don't understand the comments. The rooms have several problems. Evening and night staff do not take our requests seriously. They say yes to everything but they do the opposite. We had to change rooms thanks to the staff working day shifts. We didn't sleep well because of the noise. I do not recommend this hotel.
