The room was very clean and we had a pleasant and calm stay. There were a few things missing(toilet paper, two towels) when we arrived but the staff provided those right away. They were very pleasant and forthcoming. On our 2nd day we noticed that there was someone in the room that had cleaned it up a bit although the bathroom was not cleaned. However we were due to check out the next day so maybe that was the reason and we would leave our room a bit late so maybe that was after official room service hours. So not sure what the policy on room cleaning in general is. But I am sure if we had asked for it, they would have provided it. You can hear sometimes the neighbours next to you but no major disturbances. The place is 2 min away from Taksim and the Istiklal street which was very convenient. Even though it is so close, at night you would not hear the noise. Getting there from Ataturk airport was also very easy. WiFi was very good. After our stay we left our suitcases there for the rest of the day and had the reception call a taxi for us which was fair in price in the end. Overall a nice place to stay for a short visit. Also, we were 4 females and booked a family room which was comfortable enough for us and we had really no problems. We would definitely book it again if we came back. The price was very affordable for a good stay.

We stayed there for three nights and booked a double room with en suite facilities. It is located very close to Taksim Square, so public transport is easily accessible,but you can move around on foot,if you wish. It was a nice,clean place. The stuff was very friendly and helpful. The only problem was that there was no elevator. This is quite common in Istanbul and the receptionist helped us with the luggage,but if you really need one,do not book an accommodation there! The lock was an old standard one,so I didn't feel safe at night.

This hotel is a great value in the heart of Taksim - close enough to Istiklal Caddesi to be near the action, but far enough away that you can have some quiet as well. It was perfect for me, because it's close to the Havatas bus pick-up and drop-off point, and I had an early connecting flight. I called ahead to ask about an early check-in, which they kindly granted, and was upgraded to a suite for free!
