Premist Hotels Sultanahmet

We stayed at the Premist Sultanahmet, and there is no other hotel where we will stay in Istanbul. You cannot beat the combination of marvelous price, location, friendly staff, wonderful breakfast that is included. The staff do absolutely everything they can to make sure that you are perfectly happy - one lady even brought a carton of juice she knew I liked to my room unexpectedly! The location is impossible to beat, and the price was better than a bad motel off the highway in Texas!! The cozy courtyard is perfect for both breakfast and socializing in the evening, the staff are all extremely nice, and when we wanted to go to the airport they had a taxicab for us in 5 minutes! In the future, we will go to all the restaurants around there for dinner, including the Four Seasons and Seafood Lounge on the roof, but we will only stay at this hotel. Please give them your business!

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The service was extremely poor and Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Service was awful. we waited far too long just to get our room, and the staff were unhelpful the entire stay. There was no proper AC, and when we complained, they refused to believe us. We had to carry our own luggage with no assistance. Our room was right by the street, noisy all night, like trying to sleep outside. Overall, very bad service and zero comfort. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel is very well positioned to visit Istanbul, close to Ayasofya. The rooms are spacious but they need renewal. The wooden floor makes noise, you hear the neighbors on the stairs or from the bedroom upstairs.The negative,the curtains let the light through at 5am. You are awake, I asked for a solution at Welcoming I was told we will arrange but nothing was done. Basic breakfast. Personal cold not a smile not a hello.
