Ramada Istanbul Old City Hotel

The hotel is conveniently located, has access to one of the main streets, near the mosque with a minaret, several cafes, and grocery store, breakfast is delicious, the only concern is too loud a call for morning namaz.

I recently stayed at this hotel and while the customer service was genuinely good, I unfortunately cannot say the same about the overall experience. The staff were polite, helpful, and did their best to assist throughout my stay — which I truly appreciated. However, I was quite disappointed with other aspects, particularly the breakfast, which was well below expectations in terms of both quality and variety. It felt like an afterthought rather than a part of the hospitality experience. Although the service was a positive point, I personally would not choose to stay here again, nor would I recommend it to others. There are other options available that provide a better balance between service and overall experience.

They gave us room 306 - everything you touched simply didn’t work... why didn’t they give you this number right away? We were tired from the road and didn’t want to quarrel..... in the very first minute of using the window/door to the balcony in the room, the handle simply stopped responding..... apparently the door was closed on a kind word, and we just turned up in time There is no light in the room, only a backlight along with a turntable; when turned on, this design makes a sound like a power plant (everything buzzes and holds together...) The hairdryer worked for exactly three-3 THREE seconds and just stopped turning on!!!! At the reception there are no spare hair dryers, no possibility of exchanging rooms, very poor service! I would say nothing, only they know how to take money
