The hotel's location is just a 2-minute walk from the metro, the city's shopping center, Nişantaşı Abdi İpekçi street, the American hospital, famous shops and Michelin restaurants. I can say that the prices are reasonable compared to the surrounding hotels and the breakfast is successful. The rooms are new, clean and well-maintained, sound insulation is very good. Hotel manager Melih is helpful and thank you very much for your advice.

My husband and I stayed at Riva hotel and we are very impressed with the cleanliness, customer service of the staff especially the hotel manager of Esra. We recommend this centrally located hotel to anyone who wish to visit İstanbul.

Certainly the worst hotel in Istambul. Rude staff with no skill at the front desk and poor customer service. When you get in they totally ignore you. The room is coming from the 70s with a huge need of refurbishment. Kettle not working so we asked for a replacement which we never got. Our door key was not working each time and we had to go to the reception each time to get someone with a master key to open it. I found a bug in the bathroom anyway the list could be long and we decided to get out of this hotel from hell after the first night.
