The staff makes the stay wonderful. Ask Zeya about his travels and he will amaze you with his stories. He gave us many tips on how to live a few days as an Istanbulian. Parsa goes the extra mile to make your stay wonderful. The Cook (Cenkis) does not smile, but he has a big heart and Sultan always helped us with a big smile.

Avoid this horrible hotel. the worst hotel with the most awful manager Soleiman who is very rude. it is better to stay in you your car untill morning. dirty small rooms. bad smell all around hotel. rude personel. disgusting breakfast. it is just like a jail, maybe jail has better service than this horrible place. mins away from taqsim sq by Van. strongly recommend you to not to go there

The hotel is really well located to public transportation however it lacks the minimum standard of a three-star hotel. The breakfast table is normal with no special comment to mention. Do not expect a spacious room. The refridgerator was off and so dirty that we did not use it at all. Didn't have any problem with staff.
