SIMPER HOTEL

Excellent Hotel! The quality of the rooms is top, breakfast also. The staff is very friendly and available at all times. The location is really great close to Yenikapi metro and tram T1 Istanbul University

well it is situated in the heart of old city and it is a 3* hotel and conditions of hotel in only for sleep. so don't expect the service to be good, you should expect the minimum of everything. you ca stay there but on your own responsibily

A little difficult to find, in an unpleasant neighbourhood (looks like slum). The hotel building is the nicest on the street though. Our room overlooked the street with noisy cafes and shops - screaming and shouting all night long made it impossible to sleep. The receptionist refused to give us another room. Despite the non-smoking signs in the hotel, the staff didn't bother to react when some guests were smoking in the lounge - they acted as the smoking in the hotel is something natural. We checked outimmediately in the morning even though we paid in advance for several nights. The good thing is we got the money back without any problems.
