Star City Hotel

The hotel's location is perfect, close to everything, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and tidy. I recommend this hotel. If you're visiting Istanbul, it's a truly fantastic hotel. The staff are lovely, and they speak Turkish, Arabic, and English, so you can go anywhere. The breakfast in the morning is delicious and good. I have no complaints.

My experience with this hote was incredibly disappointing. Despite our genuine efforts to inform them of a significant medical issue preventing us from visiting, the hotel staff displayed a complete lack of empathy and refused both rescheduling and refund options. This rigid and unsympathetic approach to customer service is unacceptable.

Our group returned to this hotel. Unlike last visit, the large hall in the breakfast area that could work as a group meeting was split into 2 rooms and 1 room became a hotel office. It may be okay for family travelers but not for a larger group of 15 or more as there are no space to accommodate everyone together.
